LOVE YOUR LIPS
Learn to know your vulva through your own hands, attention, and experience.
A four-week live, embodied exploration of your vulva and pelvic anatomy for women who want to become more familiar with a part of their body they may have spent years overlooking, avoiding, questioning, or simply never been taught to know.
Through anatomy education, guided self-touch, breath, sensation, and energetic awareness, you'll be invited to slow down, get curious, and begin building a relationship with your vulva from the inside.
Because there is a difference between knowing about your body and knowing your body.
You may know more about your vulva than you realize.
Or maybe you don't.
Maybe you've had pelvic exams, sex, childbirth, health experiences, or years of living in your body without ever really becoming familiar with the landscape of your own vulva.
Maybe you've felt disconnected, numb, curious, uncomfortable, or simply unsure of where everything is.
Maybe you've never thought much about it at all.
There is nothing wrong with you.
Most women were never taught to know this part of themselves from the inside.
We were taught about periods.
We were taught about pregnancy.
We were taught what a pelvic exam is.
We were given messages about what our bodies should look like, how they should function, and what they should be used for.
But many of us were never taught how to become familiar with our own vulva.
That's what I want to explore with you.
Because there is a difference between reading about your anatomy and knowing it through your own attention.
There is a difference between being told what you might feel and discovering what you actually feel.
And there is something powerful about becoming familiar enough with your own body that you don't always need someone else to tell you what is happening.
You can notice.
You can get curious.
You can listen.
You can learn.
And you can keep coming back.
THIS ISN'T ABOUT GETTING YOUR VULVA RIGHT.
It's not about having a particular experience.
It's not about becoming more sexual.
It's not about fixing something that's wrong with you.
And it's not about achieving some final state of perfect connection with your body.
It's about relationship.
Over four weeks, I'll teach you the anatomy and guide you through practices that allow you to take that knowledge out of your head and into your own experience.
We'll learn where things are.
We'll explore what you're touching.
We'll notice sensation.
We'll pay attention to what is here.
And we'll practice meeting your body with curiosity rather than immediately deciding what something means.
You don't have to arrive knowing anything.
You don't have to perform.
You don't have to compare your experience with anyone else's.
You get to learn your own body.
THE FOUR-WEEK JOURNEY
This isn't simply four anatomy classes.
We'll move gradually from orientation into deeper familiarity, giving you the opportunity to become more at home with the landscape of your own vulva.
WEEK 1 — MEET HER
Pubic bone + outer labia
We'll begin with orientation, anatomy, safety, and connection with the outer structures of the vulva.
You'll learn where things are and begin practicing the simple act of paying attention.
WEEK 2 — FEEL HER
Inner labia + clitoris
We'll explore the anatomy of these structures while bringing greater awareness to sensation, sensitivity, and the unique experience of your own tissues.
WEEK 3 — KNOW HER
Urethra + hymenal ring + introitus
We'll bring attention, care, and curiosity to the places many women were never taught to see, feel, or understand.
WEEK 4 — GO DEEPER
Urethral sponge + cervix
We'll explore internal anatomy and deepen your understanding of the structures beyond what you can see, including meeting your cervix.
WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE
Throughout our time together, you'll receive both teaching and experiential practices.
We'll explore:
The anatomy of your vulva and pelvic bowl in a practical, accessible way
Breath and embodied awareness
Guided self-touch and ways of becoming familiar with your own tissues
Sensation and how to notice what is actually present
The relationship between awareness, attention, and embodiment
The physical and energetic experience of your pelvic space
Simple practices you can return to on your own
The anatomy matters.
The knowledge matters.
But knowledge is only the beginning.
I want you to have the opportunity to experience your own body as something you can know.
WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH
By the end of our four weeks, you'll have a deeper understanding of your vulva and pelvic anatomy—and, more importantly, you'll have spent time actually getting to know it.
You'll have practices you can return to when you want to reconnect with your body.
You'll know more about where things are and what you're touching.
You'll have had the opportunity to notice your own sensations, responses, questions, and curiosities.
And you may find that a part of your body that once felt unfamiliar, overlooked, or difficult to relate to begins to feel more like familiar territory.
Not because you've completed some process of becoming perfectly connected.
But because you've begun.
AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO STOP HERE.
I don't want LOVE YOUR LIPS to be something you do once, check off a list, and move on from.
Knowing your body is a relationship.
Your body changes.
Your experience changes.
What you're curious about changes.
And sometimes we simply need an invitation to slow down and return.
So once you've completed LOVE YOUR LIPS, you'll be invited to join me whenever I run the live experience again for $25.
You can return to the practice without having to purchase the full program again.
Because you don't have to get it all in four weeks.
You can come back.
Again and again.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF...
You've felt disconnected from or unfamiliar with your vulva
You're curious to know your body more intimately
You want to understand your vulva and pelvic anatomy in a practical, accessible way
You want to bring more awareness and curiosity to your pelvic space
You've spent years relating to this part of your body through shame, avoidance, performance, or simply not knowing
You want to learn through your own experience rather than only through information
You're ready to explore at your own pace in a guided and supportive environment
You want practices you can continue on your own
You don't need to have a problem to belong here.
Curiosity is enough.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE
This is a hands-on, experiential course.
You will be guided to actively touch and engage with your own vulva and pelvic tissues during the sessions.
This direct, embodied practice is a core part of the teaching. While you are always in choice and can move at your own pace, this work is designed to be practiced—not simply watched.
If you do not want to practice touching your vulva or vagina, this is likely not the right container for you right now.
You'll participate from the privacy of your own space, and your experience remains your own.

Maybe you're simply realizing:
I've lived in this body my whole life.
I'd like to know her better.
If that feels like a yes, I would love to have you inside LOVE YOUR LIPS.
Come learn the landscape.
Come get curious.
Come experience what happens when you stop relating to this part of your body as something to manage or understand from the outside—and begin getting to know it from within.
Your body isn't a problem to solve.
There is more of you to know.
