Work With Me
If you’re feeling the pull to go deeper into this work, to move beyond just understanding and begin truly reconnecting with your body, there are two ways to begin.
In-Person Womb Continuum Care
These sessions are a space for deep, hands-on healing.
We work directly with the body through womb and pelvic care, supporting release, reconnection, and the restoration of sensation and flow.
This work can support you if you’re feeling:
disconnected or numb in your body
tension or holding in the pelvis
difficulty accessing sensation or pleasure
like something in your body is “shut down” or out of reach
Sessions also work with the nervous system and energetic field, allowing for deeper layers of healing to unfold.
This is a slow, intentional space where your body can begin to open and respond in its own timing.
Ideal if you are local and feel called to receive hands-on support.
Online Womb Healing Sessions
For those who are not local, or who feel more comfortable beginning at a distance.
These sessions are guided, deeply attuned spaces where we work through the body using awareness, breath, and energetic connection.
Even without physical touch, this work can be powerful in supporting:
reconnection to your body and womb
increased awareness and sensation
emotional and energetic release
a deeper sense of presence within yourself
You are guided step-by-step, learning how to connect with your own body in a way that continues beyond the session.
Ideal if you prefer to work remotely or are just beginning this journey.
Not Sure Where to Start?
If you feel drawn to this work but aren’t sure which option is right for you, you’re welcome to reach out.
I’m happy to guide you.
A Gentle Note
You don’t need to be fully “ready.”
You don’t need to have the right words.
If something in you is curious, if something in you is opening: that is enough.
This work begins exactly there.
For deeper work:
Some women begin with sessions and then feel the call to go further.
I also offer longer containers and initiatory spaces for deeper, ongoing work.
