A Gentle, Womb-Centered Guided Meditation

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your body, your womb, even from your sense of yourself, you’re not alone.

For many women, there comes a moment when something feels off: numb, distant, like you’re not fully in your body anymore.
You might not have the exact words for it, but you can feel it. You might have even felt it growing for a while, unable to put your finger on what exactly is going on.

Or maybe you’ve done a lot of healing already, and still, something feels just out of reach. Maybe you’ve been searching for the feeling of “embodiment” everyone on the internet is talking about, and can’t quite figure out how to get there, even with everything you’ve already explored.

This is a place to explore what it feels like to come back home to your body in a new way, to finally start creating a felt sense of presence within yourself.

This Guided Meditation is an Invitation

Not to fix yourself or force anything open.

To gently return, slow down, and listen.
To begin reconnecting with your body, starting with the space of the womb.

This is a soft, grounded practice designed to help you:

  • Feel more present in your body

  • Reconnect with your womb space in a simple, accessible way

  • Gently shift out of numbness or disconnection

  • Begin sensing yourself again from the inside

You don’t need any experience with meditation or womb work.
You don’t need to “do it right.”

Just come as you are.

What You’ll Experience

This is a short, guided journey you can return to again and again.

We’ll move slowly through grounding, breath, and gentle body awareness, creating space for you to reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and supported.

  • a sense of being more “here”

  • subtle sensation returning

  • a quiet reconnection to themselves

About My Work

My work sits at the intersection of body-based healing and spiritual practice.

I combine hands-on womb and pelvic care with shamanic and energetic healing, supporting women in reconnecting with their bodies, their sensation, and their deeper inner knowing.

This meditation is a small doorway into that work.
