7-Week Soul Alignment Journey
A guided container for women who want a more structured, supported process, combining body-based healing and deeper inner work over time.
Join me for 4 90 minute somatic TOTALITY sessions. What does that mean? Read on:
Each of our sessions together will be based on somatic healing techniques. This could include breath work, grounding and guided shamanic journeying, gentle movement, self touch, or vocalization work. This could also include some womb clearing and reconnection work, based on your needs and comfort level. Which somatic techniques we use will be based on you, your needs, comfort levels, and of course, what your body is ready for!
Entwined with the somatic work, we will be working with the energy of TOTALITY. TOTALITY is a form of shamanic energy healing, that allows us to tap into the root causes of nervous system dysfunction, body discomfort, emotional pain, trauma, etc. I will guide you through TOTALITY healing that will be tailored to your needs and goals.
The combination of somatic work + TOTALITY energy healing is a potent one. These sessions will support you in clearing old blocks and helping your body release old holding patterns.
At the end of each session, I will give you homework so that you can continue practicing the somatic techniques we work on at home. I will also provide you with access to two courses:
The Elemental Embodiment Journey online course. This course will teach you how to ground and work with the elements, which will support the integration of everything we do in our sessions.
AND The Shamanic Biomagnetism Healings online course. This course is a library of powerful healings that will support your mind + body + soul. These healings are so supportive to use between somatic healing sessions and have supported past clients so well while working with me in this way.
After you sign up for this healing bundle, you will receive consent forms to fill out and sign via email. These forms will allow me to design your somatic TOTALITY sessions. Please book your first session a minimum of 3 days post sign up so that you have time to fill out the forms and return them to me, so that I have time to design your sessions. If I don't receive the forms back within 24 hours of our first scheduled session, I will have you reschedule the session for a later time.
All sales are final. Purchasing a session is an energetic agreement between us and is an empowering act for you to step into your own healing.
Sessions must be redeemed within 4 months of purchase and are held virtually via zoom.
Cancellations or rescheduling is not permitted more than 24 hours before the session.

This offering is designed to work around your schedule. We don’t need to get on zoom so you can reach me at any time during the work day (9-5 pm PST) and I can do energy work for you at any point during the week.
Each week I’ll do approximately 1 hr of shamanic work to support your goals.
This may include: journeying, soul retrieval work, energy healing, timeline alignment, womb healing, nervous system support, human design or astrology insights and Akashic records work.
You’ll receive a detailed message of all work I do each week. Some weeks, I may do all the work on one day; others I may spread the work out over multiple days, depending on what is most needed.
Throughout the 7 weeks, I will share with you any integration practices or meditations I’d like you to do to support your energetic alignment.
You will also receive lifetime access to my popular course: Shamanic Biomagnetism Healings. I will guide you towards which healings you should prioritize during our work together.

A 4 week journey to reconnect with and care for your vulva

In Love Your Lips, I’ll share what so many of us were never taught: how to touch your vulva and tend to your tissues in ways that support both the physical and energetic health of your pelvis.
This offering was born from a desire to support women in returning to themselves, through awareness, connection, and a deeper sense of home within the body.
Class Schedule
We’ll gather live on Saturday mornings in May: May 2, 10, 16, and 23
At 9 AM PST via Zoom.
Each session will be 75 minutes and recorded, so you can revisit the practices at your own pace. Replays will be available through a private Thinkific portal.
Weekly Themes
Week 1: Meeting your pubic bone + outer labia
Laying the foundation: orientation, safety, and connection with the outer structures of the vulva
Week 2: Inner labia + clitoris
Exploring sensation, sensitivity, and the unique anatomy of your inner tissues
Week 3: Urethra + introitus
Bringing awareness to often-overlooked spaces with care and curiosity
Week 4: Hymenal ring + urethral sponge (G-spot)
Deepening connection and understanding of internal structures and pleasure pathways
