WOMB HOMECOMING
A six-month initiation into meeting what life is asking of you—and coming home to yourself in the process

There are moments in life when something happens that changes the way you can live moving forward.

An illness.

A fertility journey.

A relationship ending or changing.

A sexual or relational trauma rising to the surface.

A spiritual unraveling.

A body that no longer feels familiar.

A longing you can no longer ignore.

Sometimes you know exactly what brought you here.

Sometimes you only know:

Something is changing. And I can't go back to the way I was.

You may find yourself asking:

Why is this happening to me?

What is this experience trying to show me?

Who am I now?

What part of the way I've been living no longer fits?

What if this isn't something I am meant to simply get through?

What if I'm being asked into a different relationship with myself?

This is what I mean by initiation.

An initiation is not something that has gone wrong or something you have failed to transcend.

It is a threshold in your life that asks you to become more deeply acquainted with yourself.

WOMB HOMECOMING is a six-month, deeply personal mentorship for women who are ready to meet their initiation, explore the deeper patterns and stories shaping their experience, and restore relationship with their body, womb, soul, intuition, and life.

Because the goal isn't to get back to who you were before.

It is to discover how to live from who you are becoming.

Your initiation is the doorway.

The thing that brings you here may be illness.

Or trauma.

Or fertility.

Or sexuality.

Or a relationship.

Or a spiritual crisis.

But we don't have to make that thing your identity.

We become curious about it.

We listen for what it has to teach you.

We explore what it has brought to the surface.

We ask what is yours, what has been inherited, what was formed in childhood, and what stories you've been living inside without realizing they were stories.

Because an initiation can change the questions you're asking.

The woman who once asked:

“How do I get rid of this?”

may begin asking:

“What is my body asking me to know?”

The woman who once believed:

“My diagnosis tells me who I am.”

may begin discovering:

“This is something I have experienced. It is not the entirety of who I am.”

The woman who once thought:

“I'm damaged because of what happened to me.”

may begin to experience:

“What happened to me is part of my story. It does not have to be the limit of my life.”

The woman who once thought:

“I can't trust myself.”

may begin learning how to listen.

Not because she finally found the right answers from someone else.

Because she is developing a relationship with her own knowing.

Relationship is the methodology.

I believe healing is the restoration of relationship.

Relationship with the body that has always been speaking to you.

Relationship with the womb that can become a profound place of embodied knowing, creativity, sexuality, and connection.

Relationship with your intuition.

Relationship with pleasure and desire.

Relationship with your history and the experiences that shaped you.

Relationship with your ancestry.

Relationship with your soul.

Relationship with the medicine that is uniquely yours.

Relationship with the Earth.

And ultimately, relationship with yourself.

This is why our work isn't a formula.

There is no predetermined sequence of wounds you need to clear.

We follow the thread.

I listen to your story.

I listen to your body.

I notice patterns.

Together, we become curious about what is underneath what you're experiencing.

What traces back to childhood?

What may have been inherited?

What happened that you never had the opportunity to fully digest?

What identities formed around those experiences?

What has your body been trying to tell you?

What becomes possible when those stories no longer have to organize your entire life?

Through somatic and shamanic work, womb and pelvic care, ceremony, soul work, embodiment, and deep inquiry, we begin to bring these places back into relationship.

Sometimes we go deep.

Sometimes we stay with something simple.

Sometimes an old story resurfaces.

Sometimes something you thought you had already worked through asks to be met differently.

We don't treat that as failure.

We listen.

We respond.

We return.

Because healing is not a finish line.

I don't believe there is a version of you who gets to the end of healing and never struggles again.

Life will continue to be life.

Relationships will challenge you.

Your body will change.

Money may bring questions.

You will experience grief, uncertainty, desire, disappointment, joy, expansion, and the unknown.

Sometimes something you've worked with before will arise again.

That doesn't necessarily mean you are back where you started.

It may mean you are meeting an old place from a new level of awareness, unraveling another layer of the old so you can live more fully in the now.

The work is not to make sure you never lose connection with yourself or to find more things to heal endlessly.

The work is to develop the capacity to return when you lose connection.

To notice:

I've left myself here.

To listen:

What is happening?

To tend:

What does this part of me need?

And then to choose:

How do I want to meet my life from here?

That is the relationship we are building.

Why WOMB HOMECOMING?

The womb is one of our entry points into this work.

The womb and pelvis offer a powerful place to begin rebuilding relationship with the body.

For many women, this is a place where we've learned to disconnect—to brace, numb, protect, perform, or override what we feel.

Coming home to the womb is an invitation to begin listening again.

From there, the work expands outward: into the body, soul, intuition, sexuality, relationships, purpose, and the life you're here to live.

The womb is the doorway. Relationship is the work.

The WOMB HOMECOMING Transformation

The transformation isn't becoming someone new.

It's becoming someone who knows how to come home to herself.

What begins to change when you learn to come home to yourself?

You begin to recognize when you've left yourself.

You become more familiar with the ways you disconnect, override, or move away from your own knowing.

You learn to listen before immediately reaching for an answer.

You become more able to stay present with sensation, emotion, uncertainty, desire, and change.

You become more able to make choices, navigate change, and move through your life from a deeper relationship with yourself.

You develop a relationship with your body that isn't dependent on everything feeling good or making sense.

And when life inevitably pulls you away from yourself—

you know how to return.

The Required WOMB HOMECOMING Immersion

The threshold where the work becomes embodied.

There is a point in an initiation when understanding must be brought into the physical body.

You can talk about your body.
You can understand your patterns.
You can have profound insights about your history, your relationships, your sexuality, your spirituality.

You can know intellectually that you want to trust yourself.

And still not fully inhabit what you know.

Some things have to be experienced in the body.

That is why the in-person immersion is a required and integral part of WOMB HOMECOMING.

Once during our six months together, we will spend a dedicated weekend together in-person for sustained, embodied work.

This is not a retreat or an add-on.
And it isn't simply three more mentorship sessions.

It is a threshold.

A deliberate stepping out of the ordinary rhythms of your life and into a deeper encounter with yourself.

Over the course of the weekend, we have the time and space to slow down enough to listen differently.

To move beyond what can be understood through conversation and into what your body is ready to experience, remember, and bring into relationship.

Our work may include:

  • Hands-on Womb Continuum Care

  • Belly and pelvic tending

  • Somatic and embodiment practices

  • Breath and sensation

  • Shamanic journeying and healing

  • Womb rites and ceremony

  • Soul work

  • Biomagnetism

  • Integration and reflection

We move slowly.

We listen.

We follow what your body is communicating rather than forcing the work toward a predetermined outcome.

The physical presence of this immersion allows for forms of care, ceremony, and embodied work that cannot be replicated over Zoom.

And this matters because WOMB HOMECOMING isn't ultimately about understanding yourself differently.

It's about inhabiting yourself differently.

The immersion becomes a place where the work we've begun together can cross a threshold—from insight into experience, from story into body, from knowing into relationship.

You arrive with what has been emerging.

We meet it together.

And then you return to your life with something you haven't simply thought about.

You've lived it.

The immersion is a required part of the container and will take place during our six months tougher, over a dedicated Friday–Sunday weekend. The location will be determined based on where I am living and practicing at the time of your immersion, and will be communicated well in advance so you can plan accordingly. Travel and lodging are not included. I will provide recommendations for nearby accommodations and help you prepare for your time together.

The WOMB HOMECOMING journey

This work isn't a checklist.

You don't move through one stage, complete it, and leave it behind.

The work spirals.

We return to places we've visited before from new places within ourselves.

But over the course of our time together, there are six movements that give shape to the journey:

DESCEND

Body + Womb

We begin by coming home to the body.

Grounding.

Breathing.

Sensing.

Listening.

Before we can understand what is happening, we need to become available to what the body already knows.

This is where you begin learning to inhabit your body as a source of information rather than something to manage, fix, override, or distrust.

When we're together in person, this may include hands-on belly and womb care.

We descend from the story into the body.

REMEMBER

Story + Soul + Intuition

From the body, we begin listening more deeply.

We explore your story—not to endlessly analyze the past, but to understand the patterns that have shaped the woman you have become.

What began in childhood?

What might have been inherited?

What happened that never had the opportunity to be fully digested?

What identities formed around those experiences?

What does your body know that your mind has been trying to explain?

Through somatic and shamanic work, soul work, ancestral exploration, and deep listening, we begin bringing awareness and relationship to these places.

You begin to distinguish between what happened to you, the stories you formed around it, and the woman who is here now.

EMBODY

Pleasure + Sexuality + Life Force

Knowing something intellectually does not necessarily mean knowing it in your body.

So we bring the work into lived experience.

Pleasure.

Desire.

Boundaries.

Sexuality.

Creativity.

Receiving.

Life force.

This is where you begin discovering what it feels like to inhabit yourself differently—not simply to understand yourself differently.

The work becomes something you can feel.

BECOME

Soul Medicine + Expression

As old identities begin to loosen, space opens.

And eventually the question shifts.

Not only:

What am I healing?

But:

Who am I becoming?

What wants to live through you?

What are you here to create?

What gifts have been shaped by what you've lived?

What becomes possible when you stop organizing your life around the woman you thought you were supposed to be?

This isn't about creating a new identity to perform.

It's about listening for what is already emerging.

The woman you're becoming doesn't need to be manufactured. She needs room to be heard.

INTEGRATE

Relationship + Life

The work eventually has to meet your actual life.

Your relationships.

Your work.

Your money.

Your choices.

Your boundaries.

Your creativity.

Your spirituality.

This is where we begin noticing what happens when you bring your restored relationship with yourself into the places that have historically pulled you away from yourself.

Not because those parts of life will suddenly become easy.

But because you have a different place from which to meet them.

The work leaves the session and enters your life.

RETURN

Integration + Embodiment

And then something important begins to change.

You notice when you've left yourself.

You recognize the old pattern sooner.

You know what disconnection feels like.

And instead of immediately deciding that something has gone wrong, you have a way back.

You listen.

You tend.

You pause.

You reconnect.

You choose again.

Return is not the end of the journey.

It is what you carry forward.

Because life will continue to initiate you.

There will be new relationships, new questions, new seasons, new losses, new desires, new beginnings.

You will not always stay perfectly connected to yourself.

None of us do.

The work is learning that you don't have to.

You can lose your way and return.

Again and again.

That is the relationship we're building.

A container that respects the way transformation actually happens

WOMB HOMECOMING is not a rigid sequence of appointments.

It is a relationship.

We meet regularly throughout the six months, with the rhythm responsive to what is actually happening in your process.

There may be periods when meeting weekly is the right support for deeper work.

There may be periods when more space is exactly what you need.

Not every week requires a deep dive.

Sometimes the most important work is what happens after the session.

You live.

You notice.

You practice.

You let something settle.

You discover what happens when you don't immediately hand every difficult experience to someone else to interpret.

This is not about withholding support.

It is about developing capacity.

Your container includes:

Private 1:1 mentorship
Regular 90-minute sessions throughout our six months together, with the rhythm of our work responsive to what is emerging in your process.

Your required private in-person immersion

Including hands-on womb and pelvic care, somatic work, shamanic work, ceremony, and integration.

Personalized practices and integration

Practices and reflections designed around your body, your experience, and what is emerging.

Integration messaging

A private space for brief questions, sharing what you're noticing, logistical support, and integration between sessions.

Messaging is available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific Time. Messages will be responded to within 24 hours.

This is not an on-demand or real-time processing channel, crisis support, or a substitute for a session.

If something significant arises, you can bring it into the space and we can determine whether it belongs in our next session.

You do not have to figure everything out before you bring it to me.

And you also don't have to process everything immediately.

Part of the work is learning to stay in relationship with yourself between our sessions.

I will not do your healing for you.

This is a collaborative initiation.

I bring my presence, experience, perception, guidance, and skill.

You bring your willingness to listen, feel, practice, notice, question, and participate.

I will listen deeply.

I will help you see patterns you may not be able to see from inside your own experience.

I will offer practices, perspectives, and ways of entering places that may be difficult to enter alone.

But I will not become the authority on your body, your soul, or your life.

I am not here to become the place where you continually hand your process.

I am here to help you develop your own relationship with it.

That means sometimes our work will be about going deeper.

And sometimes it will be about letting something breathe.

Sometimes I'll invite you to bring something into our next session rather than processing it immediately.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is notice that you are uncomfortable and discover that you can remain with yourself anyway.

This is part of the work.

You don't have to stop needing relationship.

You are learning how to participate in it.

What we're cultivating

I don't want to promise you a finished version of yourself.

I want to cultivate something more durable.

The capacity to meet yourself in the middle of your actual life.

Through this work, you may begin to:

  • trust your body instead of fighting it

  • listen to your intuition without immediately overriding it

  • relate to illness or trauma without making it your identity

  • experience your womb and pelvis as places of relationship rather than problems to solve

  • experience more pleasure, sexuality, intimacy, and receiving

  • recognize old patterns without automatically becoming them

  • create boundaries without abandoning yourself

  • meet difficult emotions with greater capacity

  • feel more connected to your soul and sense of purpose

  • become less at war with the parts of yourself that make you different

  • understand the meaning you have made from your experiences without being imprisoned by it

  • recognize when you have lost connection with yourself

  • develop a deeper capacity to return to yourself when you lose connection

  • meet what life brings without immediately deciding that something has gone wrong

The promise isn't that your life will become easy.

The promise is the practice of meeting your life differently.

The founding WOMB HOMECOMING container

$5,500

Available to the first four founding women.

Future investment:

$6,600 paid in full

or

6 monthly payments of $1,150 ($6,900 total)

Travel and lodging for the immersion are separate.

What happens after six months?

The end of WOMB HOMECOMING is not meant to be the moment you become “done.”

Because you aren't a project.

And life isn't a project.

Sometimes our work naturally completes at six months.

Sometimes you discover that you want continued support as you begin living more fully from what you've restored.

If we continue, the nature of the work changes.

WOMB HOMECOMING CONTINUATION

The continuation container is about deepening the practice of living in relationship.

Something happens in your marriage.

A question around money arises.

Your body changes.

An old pattern resurfaces.

A new creative or spiritual calling emerges.

You find yourself standing at another threshold.

We may go deep.

Or we may simply create space to witness what is happening and reorient yourself.

You are no longer coming to me because some part of you believes something needs to be fixed in you.

You are coming because relationship matters to you.

The first continuation is six months.

After that, continuation is available in three-month increments.

Before each new container, we reassess together and decide whether continuing our work serves both of us.

There is no expectation that you remain a client indefinitely.

You are always free to complete the work when it feels complete.

And you are always welcome to return if another season of life calls for deeper support.

This work is for you if...

You are in the midst of an initiation and can feel that something deeper is asking for your attention.

You don't just want to get through what is happening—you want to understand what it is asking of you.

You are curious about the patterns beneath your experience.

You want to understand your story without being defined by it.

You want to develop a deeper relationship with your body and womb.

You want to reconnect with pleasure, sexuality, creativity, intuition, purpose, or soul.

You are willing to explore personal history, ancestry, trauma, spirituality, and embodiment.

You are willing to participate rather than simply receive.

You understand that transformation happens through relationship, practice, consistency, and integration.

You are willing to let the work unfold rather than demanding that it happen on a particular timeline.

You are ready to travel for the required Friday through Sunday immersion.

And you are willing to discover that sometimes the work is not about doing more.

Sometimes it is about staying.

Listening.

Living.

Returning.

What this requires:

This is a meaningful commitment.

WOMB HOMECOMING asks you to make space for yourself over the course of six months.

You'll need to be available for regular private mentorship, willing to travel for the required Friday–Sunday immersion, and ready to participate actively in the work rather than simply receive it.

This is not a drop-in program or a passive course.

It's a relationship.

This work is not for you if...

You are looking for a quick fix.

You want me to eliminate a symptom or guarantee a particular life outcome.

You want me to tell you what your body, soul, or intuition is saying rather than developing that relationship yourself.

You are looking for someone to take responsibility for your healing for you.

You want on-demand access to a practitioner for ongoing emotional processing.

You aren't willing to engage directly with your body or explore your relationship with your womb.

You aren't willing to practice or integrate between sessions.

You want spirituality that allows you to remain primarily in ideas rather than bringing your spiritual life into your physical experience.

Or you are not available to travel for the required immersion.

Begin WOMB HOMECOMING

Because this work is deeply personal—and because it asks for a significant investment of time, energy, presence, and travel from both of us—WOMB HOMECOMING is application-only.

I personally review every application.

I'm not looking for women who need to be convinced that this is the right work for them.

I'm looking for women who already feel the call.

Women who are willing to participate.

Women who are ready to meet what is happening in their lives with curiosity rather than simply asking how to make it stop.

And women for whom this particular relationship feels like the right one.

If I feel we may be a good fit, I'll invite you to a private WOMB HOMECOMING Alignment Call.

The $15 reservation fee for this call is credited toward your investment if you enroll.

The application is not a test you have to pass.

It is part of the discernment.

You are deciding whether this container is right for you.

And I am deciding whether I am the right person to walk alongside you.

Practical agreements

This mentorship does not constitute medical, financial, or therapeutic advice and does not replace appropriate professional care. You are responsible for working with appropriate medical, financial, and mental health professionals as needed.

All sales are final.

A contract outlining the agreements of the container must be signed before beginning.

WOMB HOMECOMING is not available to clients with an IUD or other intrauterine device because the hands-on pelvic and uterine work included in this container is not compatible with an IUD.

The six-month container, including sessions and the in-person immersion, must be completed within seven months of purchase.

Sessions and the immersion are subject to the scheduling and cancellation terms outlined in the client agreement.

Integration messaging is available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific Time and is not intended for crisis support or real-time/on-demand processing.

Come home to yourself.

Not because you have finally fixed everything.

Not because you have reached the end of your healing.

Not because life will stop asking things of you.

But because you are learning something more lasting:

how to remain in relationship with yourself as you live.

And when you lose that relationship—

how to return.

This is the initiation.

This is the work.

This is WOMB HOMECOMING.

Are you ready to meet what is asking to change?

You don't have to know exactly where this journey will take you.

You don't need to have your story figured out.

You don't need to know exactly what needs to be healed.

You only need to recognize that something in you is asking for a different way of relating—to your body, your life, your story, your soul, or yourself.

If you feel that call, the next step is to begin a conversation.

Apply for WOMB HOMECOMING

I'll personally read your application and, if it feels like we may be a good fit, invite you to a private Alignment Call.

This isn't about proving that you're ready or convincing me that you need the work.

It's about discerning whether this is the right relationship for the initiation you're in.

ABOUT ME

I help women restore relationship with their bodies, their souls, and the sacred medicine they came here to embody.

My work sits at the intersection of body and soul-based practices, because I believe we cannot heal one element without addressing the other.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief:

I believe healing is the restoration of relationship.

I believe the body and the soul were never meant to be healed separately. Every symptom, sensation, intuition, and life transition is an invitation into a deeper relationship with yourself.

My work helps women return to that relationship; so they can embody the life and the medicine they came here to live.

My path into this work began through my own healing journey.

As a teenager and young adult, I lived with chronic Lyme disease and spent years navigating illness, pain, and disconnection from my body. That experience brought me into deep exploration of healing, embodiment, energy work, and spirituality.

But ultimately, what transformed me most was not learning how to leave my body behind, but learning how to reconnect with it.

Through years of healing, study, and practice, I began rebuilding a relationship with my body, nervous system, womb, intuition, and life force.

That journey eventually led me into advanced training in shamanic healing, somatic work, womb healing, biomagnetism, and feminine embodiment practices.

Today, the work I offer is deeply informed not only by my training, but by the lived experience of returning home to myself.

My training includes: a multi-year Shamanic apprenticeship with Teri Connolly, delving deep into the teachings of Earth, Star and Womb shamanism. I have spent many years studying the Womb, feminine embodiment, and sacred sexuality. I have trained in Somatic healing and spent years studying meditation, EFT tapping, and energy work. I have trained in Biomagnetism with Dr Garcia Biomagnetism. Currently, I am a student of Womb Continuum Care with Ma School. I am committed to my own deep self work and inner exploration so that I can guide and teach from a place of integrity.
