Ongoing Womb Continuum Care
Make coming home to your body a practice.
There is a difference between receiving bodywork when something hurts and having an ongoing
relationship with the person tending to your body.
When we work together consistently, we have the opportunity to notice what changes.
To respond to what emerges.
To work with the body in layers rather than trying to accomplish everything in one session.
And to become more familiar with a body that is always changing.
This is the deeper intention of Womb Continuum Care.
To create a regular rhythm of being met, listened to, and tended to, allowing your relationship with your body to deepen over time.
What ongoing care looks like
You receive two private 2.5-hour sessions each month.
Each session may include a combination of:
Womb Continuum Care
nervous system support
time to notice and respond to what's changing
We don't follow a rigid protocol.
We work with the body that's here that day.
One session may feel very different from the next. That's part of the work.
Why two sessions a month?
Because consistency matters.
Your body is not static. What you notice in one session may give us information about what needs attention in the next.
Two sessions a month creates enough continuity for us to build on what we've already discovered rather than beginning again each time.
We meet.
We listen.
We respond.
We return.
And over time, something begins to change, because the body has been given the opportunity to be met consistently.
This may be for you if...
You know you want hands-on care to be part of your life, not something you seek only when something feels wrong.
You want dedicated time to stay connected to your body.
You've been through significant physical or emotional experiences and want a consistent place to tend to what your body is carrying.
You enjoy the depth that becomes possible when a practitioner knows your body over time.
Or perhaps there's nothing wrong at all.
You simply want to be deeply cared for.
Two 2.5-hour sessions each month · $444/month, 3-month initial commitment
Available after an initial session. If we've been working together and you're curious about ongoing care, we'll talk about it together.
